HOME THERAPY SERVICES is pleased to announce we are now offering
Secure Video Appointments (Tele Rehab Sessions)
This is an appointment that allows you to connect with your physiotherapist over a secure video call. Your therapist can ask you about your symptoms, assess your mobility and provide you with education and advice regarding at-home management. They may also prescribe, or progress, your exercise program. We will be able to email you a list of exercises after the session, so you will have pictures, written instructions +/- videos to help you do your home exercise program.
For our current customers video appointments will allow continuation of your physiotherapy and recovery, while maintaining social distancing and at-home care. For new patients, video appointments will provide for assessment and identification of your condition and start you on a rehabilitation program.
Requirements are:
An internet connection
A computer/laptop/tablet (with camera capability) OR a smartphone.

HOME THERAPY SERVICES will be offering a free 15 minute session to explore this video treatment option, to help you decide if you’d like to book a full session.
30 minute session - $60.00
45 minute session - $ 75.00
Initial Assessment (New Clients) - $85.00
Please note the above prices are lower than our in-person pricing as we have eliminated the extra travel expenses.
In some individual cases, where care might be considered urgent or emergent our therapist may be able to arrange an in-person visit. Very strict access, screening and infection prevention measures will be enforced to ensure patient and staff safety. Blue Cross, Sun Life, MPI and WCB and many other insurance providers are allowing reimbursement for Video appointments (Tele Rehab Sessions). Invoicing will be done monthly (as before) and accounts are payable by cheque or eTransfer.
